Average attendance at a reunion is 20%. A study at Middlebury indicated that promoting reunions increases alumnae/i giving.
From interviews with potential attendees, they are afraid of the following...
1) Their ex significant others have done better than they have in life.
2) They might not recognize people.
3) They are embarrassed about being overweight, divorced, still single, etc...
YHNC1B helps by letting potential attendees "see" each other before the reunion event and find out that they still have lots in common with their former colleagues. YHNC1B breaks down the barriers to attendance.
